A CHARITABLE eight-year-old girl has raised hundreds of pounds by holding a bake sale for a woman who has been diagnosed with bowel cancer.

Erin Kearney, the daughter of Gordon Kearny, managing director of Fiducia Wealth, organised a fundraising initiative to help a mother of three get treatment for stage four bowel cancer.

The determined young fundraiser from Dedham organised a cake stall, to collect donations for Electra Coxr.

The eight-year-old received distressing news about her dad's colleague, a vibrant 36-year-old mother of four, who is fighting a battle against bowel cancer.

With the limitations of UK treatments, Electra's only glimmer of hope lies in receiving immunotherapy treatment in Japan.

Understanding the urgency of the situation, Erin felt compelled to take action and make a meaningful impact on Electra's life.

Armed with an unwavering determination and an array of delicious baked goods, Erin enlisted the invaluable support of her mother, Annalisa Kearney, who helped bake batch after batch of delicious cakes.
