PATIENTS of an important Harwich medical practice are struggling to make contact with the surgery following troubles with their means of communication today.
Mayflower Medical Centre's phone lines are down, meaning they are unable to be contacted via telephones or mobile devices.
A spokesman for Mayflower Medical Centre said: "We are currently experiencing technical issues with our telephone system.
"Several practices in North East Essex are affected and our telephone system provider is working hard towards resolution.
"We regret any inconvenience caused in the meantime and thank you for your patience."
Patients are being urged to come down to the surgery in-person if they are in need of an appointment.
The NHS have been approached for comment on the matter but have not yet replied.
