POLICE officers in Tendring stopped by a community event to offer their support in the lead-up to cold December days.
Officers attended Community Voluntary Services Tendring (CVST) at the Dovercourt and Harwich Hub for their Community Winter Action Day on November 15.
The event saw several organisations provide services and support to members of the community.
In addition to this, CVST handed out tips on how to stay warm during the winter.
This included free thermal packs being handed out to people who are eligible.
