WITH the festive season fast approaching, a Christmas market with plenty of entertainers and fun to be had is set to take over England's smallest town next month.
Run by Manningtree Rotary Club, Manningtree's Christmas Market is set to come to town on December 2 from 3pm.
The market will be full of local shops and their festive themed stalls full of gifts, crafts and knick-knacks.
However, stalls are not the only attraction of the market as there will also be various street performers there to entertain attendees.
From Harley Fox, an international performance artist who demonstrates her illuminated hula hoop act to Dr Pepperlips, who will be performing jazz and Christmas ballads in front of the Christmas tree at Manningtree Market cross.
Other performers include Chris Maine who will both be putting on his magic show and also be walking around on stilts as a giant elf and Grethe Mangala Jensen will be performing magical story telling at Manningtree Arts.
Father Christmas will also be attending with all his elves in his special grotto located at The Hub, from 3pm until 7pm.
The High Street through town will be closed from noon until 9pm.
