A DOVERCOURT pub will play host to a fundraising event for a long-standing resource in the town.
Over the past few months, it has been reported The Ark Centre is facing financial difficulty.
Having celebrated its 70th anniversary this year, The Ark Centre began as a crisis hub during the great flood in Harwich.
The latest event helping to try and secure its future is an upcoming quiz at The Bottle Kiln.
It will take place on Wednesday, December 6 and cost £3 per person, six people per team.
The quiz will start at 7pm.
