Food bank for Manningtree and villages
MANNINGTREE'S Food Bank has thanked the community for helping it to support more than 100 families this Christmas.
The food bank was able to help more than 120 households this year with a Christmas pack and thanked those who helped contribute to it.
Local churches, schools, Rose Builders and their clients, the East of England Coop and their customers donated and local groups raising funds and donated items.
A special thanks was sent to the Mistley Rugby Club which helped to load and unload all the food donations for the food bank to pack up and deliver the parcels.
