With a guide price of £150,000, all four bedrooms are double glazed as well as the internal hallway, kitchen, and lounge.
The property has a modern island-style kitchen which is on the lower-ground floor along with the four bedrooms being on the ground and first floor.
Auctioneer ‘iamsold Limited’ is managing both properties which both have the same 4.5 per cent reservation fee based on the purchase price including VAT.
Both parties must complete the transaction with 56 days and the buyer must also pay £300 including VAT to pay for their buyer information pack.
