MANNINGTREE'S Manifest Theatre will be hosting their first ever ‘24 hour Manifest Minifest'!’ where performers have only one day to learn, rehearse, and even build the set.
Starting at 2pm on Saturday June 8 and concluding with two performances on Sunday June 9, two “iconic” episodes of the BBC hit show "The Vicar of Dibley" will be showed.
During those 24 hours, the performers will learn and rehearse the script, build the set, design the lighting, and further sort costumes.
The TV show is about the first woman vicar assigned to the sleepy fictional village of Dibley in Oxfordshire and was written by Richard Curtis and Paul Mayhew Archer, as well as starring comedian Dawn French.
The TV series also originally ran from 1994 to 2000, returning Comic Relief Specials as well as most recently a series of three short 'lockdown' episodes, which were released in 2020.
Each individual production – at 2pm and 5.30pm - will contain both the two episodes from the Vicar of Dibley series and will cost £13 for members and £15 for non-members.
Tickets are now available via our website booking office at manifesttheatre.co.uk or direct through Ticketsource.
The Box Office phone line is also available on 0744724271.
