IT’S a cracker!
Chairman Barry Male and captain Kyle Hutchins unveil Harwich and Dovercourt Rugby Club’s new mini-bus to the first-team players.
The Ford Transit is a 17-seater and will be used by the club’s various teams, from the mini-rugby team, which caters for boys and girls from the age of five, to the senior squads.
Those also set to benefit include the girls’ youth team and a ladies’ team, which will be playing in league competitions for the first time.
The bus has been provided by club sponsor Chassis-Cab, who will also maintain the vehicle.
Chairman Male said: “We are enjoying the most successful season for some years, already having won the Suffolk Plate, and so far this season we have only lost one match.
“This new bus, with the exterior design created by club member Sean Mills, will add to the club’s image and promote Harwich and Dovercourt in a positive way.”
