TEAMS are invited to take part in a touch rugby competition, starting up in the Harwich area on May 29.

Any sporting clubs, pubs or companies are welcome to get involved.

The cost is £10 per team and squads can be up to 14 players.

Teams cannot have more than six players on the pitch at any time, but can play with less than six.

The minimum is four.

Players will be separated into four categories – girls, anyone over 60, non-capped players (who have not played first or second-team rugby in the last five years) and those who have played first or second-team rugby in the last five years.
